  1. What are the categories of products available for purchase?

You will find in all our exhibitions a wide variety of handpicked exhibitors from different cities of India showcasing Bridal & Trousseau Wear, Western Wear, Real Jewellery, Costume Jewellery, Footwear, Bags & Clutches, Accessories, Home Décor & Furnishings and much more only for women.

  1. Is there any entry fee to visit any of the exhibitions?

Entry to all our exhibitions is free of any charge. Pre or on the spot registration is all you need to do. We advise pre-registrations to avoid waiting in long queues at the exhibition.

  1. How do I pre-register myself to visit an exhibition?

On this website itself, you can fill up the Visitor Registration Form. Click here to access the same. You will then be reminded a day prior to the exhibition via SMS to attend.

  1. What are the modes of payment accepted at the exhibition?

You can pay by cash directly to the stall holder or swipe your debit/credit card with them. For those who do not have card machines at their stalls, we arrange for a common machine in the organiser’s office where you can swipe your card on behalf of any stall holder.

  1. Do you offer Valet Parking Services at the exhibition?

Yes, Valet Parking Services are provided at all our exhibitions. In case of some venues, this service is only provided for self-driven cars; however, arrangement for parking space will be available in such cases and you will be guided on where to park.

  1. How do I receive updates to attend all upcoming exhibitions?

Kindly send us a Whatsapp on +91 9833853319 with your name and Mob No. and your request to add you to our visitor mailing list and you will then receive regular updates for all our upcoming exhibitions by SMS.

  1. Are men allowed to enter the exhibitions?

All our exhibitions are for females and families only. Please be advised that men without accompanying women will not be allowed to enter even though he may be a genuine shopper.

  1. Is it possible to know the participating brands before the exhibition?

You are suggested to follow us on social media where we update about participating brands before the exhibition.

  1. What are the timings of the exhibitions?

Usually, all our exhibitions take place from 11 am – 7 pm. However, there may be exceptions. Please follow us on social media to stay updated on the same.

  1. Is there provision to try out clothes at the exhibition?

Yes, Trial Rooms are organised at all our exhibitions unless advised otherwise by the Government, due to Covid-19 or any other similar situation.

  1. Do the exhibitors offer custom-tailoring option at the exhibitions?

Yes, there are certain exhibitors who also offer the option of custom-tailoring apart from ready to wear options. You will need to check with each stall holder at the exhibition itself.

  1. What are the Covid-19 safety protocols being followed at exhibitions?

All Covid-19 safety protocols are followed in all our exhibitions. All exhibitors and visitors must wear a mask at all times. Sanitiser stations are placed at the venue. Temperature checks are done for all. Crowd management is also taken care of to ensure social distancing.

 

 

 

  1. What are the categories of products I can showcase at the exhibitions?

You can showcase Apparels, Jewellery, Footwear, Bags, Trousseau items, Wedding related products and services, Home décor & furnishings, Accessories, Gifting items, Packed food items and much more only for women. You are welcomed to display products for Kids & Men if you would like to target women to influence/make the purchase.

  1. What is included complimentary when I book a stall space?

Along with your stall, you would get Table, Chairs, Spot lights, a Plug point and a Waste Bin complimentary. The quantity of the same depends on the size of the stall space you book. Please check on the same in the Terms and Conditions before booking a stall.

You can also provide us the Fascia Name which you wish to display on the stall. The same will be written in a standard font colour, style and size.

  1. Can I choose my stall location?

Stalls are allocated on a first come first serve basis. You can choose a stall location, as per the latest stall availability which is shared with you. We do not however, guarantee that same or similar products will not be located next to or opposite each other.

In case you choose a 2 side or a 3 side open stall, there will be a 20% or a 30% premium applicable on the stall cost.  The GST amount is levied on the base rent + premium cost.

  1. How can I get additional furniture to display my items?

Once you book your stall, closer to the exhibition, you will receive the list of furniture items along with rates and photos which you can rent out during the exhibition. The furniture items as pre booked will be made available to you at your stall on the exhibition day.

In case you are booking glass counters or showcases, the payment needs to be done in advance to confirm the items. For all other items, the contractor shall collect the payment on the same day at the exhibition.

Note that we do not guarantee provision of furniture items if not pre booked.

  1. Can I get my own furniture?

Yes, you can get your own furniture, except for lights. We do not allow lights from outside as these sometimes interfere with the electrical system and can cause technical failures. Using lights from outside will attract a fine of Rs. 5000/-. 

  1. How can I promote my brand before the exhibition?
  • You can email your brand’s product pictures, along with a logo (if any), a few lines about your products and your social media handles. We shall use this to promote your brand on the exhibition’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
  • You can send SMS to your guests inviting them to your stall. Simply email us their mobile nos. and the SMS content in 160 characters (including space) and we will do so on your behalf one day before the exhibition.
  1. Do you offer Valet Parking Services at the exhibition?

Yes, Valet Parking Services are provided at most of our exhibitions. In case of some venues, this service is only provided for self-driven cars; however, arrangement for parking space will be available in such cases and you will be guided on where to park.

  1. How do I receive updates to get information about all upcoming exhibitions?

  1. Are there helpers available at the exhibition?

At most of the venues, we have a few porters that help you take your bags and materials from the car till your stall. However, please note that they are available on first come first serve basis and we usually recommend getting your own helpers if possible in order to avoid waiting.

Sometimes the circumstances, or the venue may not allow us to hire porters. We shall update you before each exhibition, in case of the same.

  1. When do we get the stall for set up before the exhibitions?

Usually, we provide possession by 8 am on the same day of the exhibition, since all our exhibitions take place from 11 am – 7 pm. However, there may be exceptions. Please read the email and whatsapps we send before the exhibition carefully to know the exact timings for stall possession.

Most of the venues, may also require you to scan your bags for security reasons before entering.

  1. Is there provision of Trial Rooms at the exhibition?

Yes, Trial Rooms are organised at all our exhibitions unless advised otherwise by the Government, due to Covid-19 or any other similar situation.

  1. What are the usual facilities I can expect at the Exhibition exhibitions?

Water, Tea and Coffee and Lunch is usually provided to all exhibitors at the exhibitions. However, some venues due to covid protocols may not be able to do so. We will always inform you before the exhibition on the arrangements you can expect, so that you can plan your day accordingly.

  1. What happens if after booking a stall, I cannot participate at the exhibition?

In case you need to cancel your stall booking any time before 45 days before the exhibition, we can take the request to do so, and the payment received towards your stall can be adjusted towards any other exhibition organised by us within 1 year.

In case you cancel your stall booking within 45 days to the exhibition, the payment received towards the same shall be forfeited and your stall shall stand cancelled.

In case any payment is still due towards the stall 30 days before the exhibition, the organiser holds the right to cancel your stall and forfeit the payment. 

  1. What happens if the exhibition is cancelled or postponed by the Organisers?

In case the Organiser decides to cancel or postpone the exhibition for reasons whatsoever, the amount paid towards the stall shall get adjusted to any other exhibition held by Marriage Mantra within 1 year. Marriage Mantra is not held liable to refund any payments under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend you read our Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your participation.

  1. What if my client wants to swipe a card and I do not have a swiping machine?

If you do not have your own swiping machine, you can guide your client to the organiser’s stall where there will be a common credit card machine where all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Service charges as applicable will be charged on the same and will be reimbursed to you via NEFT.

  1. Do I need a GST number in order to participate?

It is mandatory for all exhibitors who fall under the purview of applying for a GST No. to have a GST No. to participate in our exhibitions. If you have not already applied for one, kindly log on to www.gst.gov.in and follow the necessary rules and regulations.

  1. What is Refer a Friend programme?

We have initiated a programme – ‘Refer a Friend’ that will entitle you to 10% off on your stall if the referred client participates in our exhibition. (*Terms and Conditions apply)

  1. What are the Covid-19 safety protocols being followed at exhibitions?
